DUET
A class with a friend or family! (All good things are meant to be shared! 😉 )
Duet classes are semi-private sessions for two people together. Better to be with someone having similar fitness level or goal to share. With duet class, you can enjoy benefits of private as well as group classes. You will have more individual attention and guidance, while having fun time with a friend or family together.
GROUP
All group classes are tailor-made. You bring a group of people and i will offer venue and class (with all Pilates props).
